About

Ozawa is a Chemical Engineer Build Fellow at Oven Avenue Foundation, where he works with students leading projects in material development process using Six Sigma methodology.

Ozawa is a Global Technical Director at Electroninks, where he focuses on managing projects and leading technical team member to succeed the company’s novel metal complex ink into the market. His task is to prioritize the programs / inquiries that comes in from customers around the globe, assign R&D resource, lead project to develop new inks, and transfer the technology to scale.

Ozawa has over 15 years of experience in the Chemical Engineering field. He started his career with US Chemical company DuPont. While the business unit he belonged has not changed throughout, he experienced various roles inside. He started as material development engineer for solar panel electrode, then moved to project leader role and lead solar and automotive ink development projects. Then he became the youngest Six Sigma Master Blackbelt in DuPont Japan history and became the manager of project leading team. Next he was assigned to Asia Pacific Technical leader of one entrepreneur type project, and communicated with hundreds of customers directly. Then he changed to Marketing role, looking for new business opportunities in automotive industry. The last few years, in addition to project lead role, he also accepted additional role on lab management and people leader to develop more agile and effective technical team. From 2024/Mar, he changed job to Global Technical Director at Electroninks, leading the team to develop high value products especially for semiconductor advanced packing market.

He holds a Master’s degree for applied chemistry at University of Tokyo .
