Gauri Kulkarni

Gauri Kulkarni is an Associate Scientist in the Cell Therapy team at Obsidian Therapeutics and a Molecular Biology Fellow at Open Avenues. She has a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation & Control (with a Biomedical Engineering major) & a MS in Biomedical Engineering. In her current role at Obsidian Therapeutics, Gauri works extensively with isolation, transduction & expansion of Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes and has experience performing various functional and characterization assays including multi-parameter flow cytometry, tumor reactivity & cytotoxicity.
