Description

In this Build Project, you'll wear the hat of a Digital Marketing Expert and design a digital marketing strategy for a business of your choice. Under the supervision of an experienced Project Leader, you'll identify target audiences, choose appropriate marketing channels, and prepare a report with your recommendations on the promotional strategy. You’ll gain solid understanding of the Kahn Retailing Success Strategy and omni-channel marketing (including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing). All this will happen in an environment that simulates the operations of a real marketing team.

Prerequisites

  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing: you should be able to do write short descriptions of your product and be familiar with social media channels available for digital marketing (like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of content writing: you should understand how content works differently for different channels (like 120 characters for Twitter, 1 paragraph for LinkedIn, 100 words for Instagram, and video for TikTok).
  • Other prerequisites: during the first week of the project, you'll need to set up free accounts for several digital tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, Mailchimp).
