Description

They have already received several acquisition offers and need assistance in understanding their valuation to prepare for negotiations.

In this Build Project, you will take on the role of a Corporate Finance Analyst under the supervision of an experienced Build Fellow. You will prepare a forecasting model and a comprehensive enterprise valuation analysis using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Market Multiples.
