By the end of the 8-week project, students will develop a comprehensive 'How-to Guide' for creating and sustaining a strengths-based company culture, based on their experiences with personality tests and talent management practices. A template will be provided to guide them through the process.
Throughout the project, students will engage in various activities including analyzing personality tests, identifying individual strengths, and applying talent management practices. Key deliverables will include a strengths assessment, an implementation plan for fostering a strengths-based culture, and regular reflections on their learning process.
