I’m Silvia Schweinoester, a Business Management Build Fellow at the Open Avenues Foundation, where I work with students leading projects in business and training.

As the General Manager at WndrHLTH, a private members' club, I oversee every aspect of operations, ensuring that each detail enhances our members' experience—from coordinating events and managing staff to participating in strategic planning.

I hold an MBA in Business Administration and have over ten years of experience in business management. I'm passionate about my job and equally passionate about food, holding certifications as a sommelier, barista, barkeeper, and cheese connoisseur.
